Managing Partner and Principal
Ron F. Brennan is the founder and Managing Partner of US Executive Corporation. Building the firms success by utilizing his extensive past experience of working with exceptional talent and hiring people that drive results. Prior to founding US Executive, Ron served as BD Director and Partner of Integration Services, Inc. (ISI). In his capacity as BD Director, he built and managed the entire client portfolio and played an active role in the full range of ISI’s planning process, from transaction sourcing through analysis, execution, and completion. Ron was a key element in the firm’s business development activities given his extensive industry contacts in the U.S. and Canada. The firm grew from just a small handful of billable clients to over 135 key revenue relationships.
Ron gained valuable growth and expansion experience working for Glaxo SmithKline Beecham. He also worked as their Lead Data Analyst for the company driving strategic growth initiatives through predictive analytics for the company’s Western USA operations.
In addition to his professional activities, Ron graduated with a business degree with an emphasis on Economics from Baylor University. He also was the recipient of the National Leadership Award at SKB and completed various customized SKB leadership training programs at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ron lives in Dallas, TX with his wife of 27 years and their two teenage children. Enjoys reading, fly fishing, racquetball, and spending time with friends and family.
